a. Team-Building Activities: For team-building activities, the following refund policy generally applies:
– Cancellation before 7 days prior to the scheduled event: 100% refund.
– Cancellation before 5 days or less before the scheduled event: No refund.
b. Corporate Events: Corporate event cancellation and refund policies are determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature, size, and duration of the event. The specific terms will be outlined in your booking agreement.
3. Force Majeure
a. In cases of unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations, The Silver Back Ventures reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel an event without providing a refund. 4. Refund Processing
