We understand that, on occasion, you may need to cancel or request a refund. Our Refund Policy outlines the procedures and conditions under which refunds are granted.

a. Cancellation requests must be made in writing, either by email or postal mail, to our official contact information.

b. Refund eligibility and the amount of the refund will depend on the timing of your cancellation and the terms outlined in your specific booking agreement. These terms will be communicated to you during the booking process and may vary depending on the type of event and services contracted.

2. Event-Specific Cancellation and Refund Policies

a. Team-Building Activities: For team-building activities, the following refund policy generally applies:

– Cancellation before 7 days prior to the scheduled event: 100% refund.

– Cancellation before 5 days or less before the scheduled event: No refund.

b. Corporate Events: Corporate event cancellation and refund policies are determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the nature, size, and duration of the event. The specific terms will be outlined in your booking agreement.

3. Force Majeure

a. In cases of unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government regulations, The Silver Back Ventures reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel an event without providing a refund. However, we will make every effort to accommodate your needs and preferences under such circumstances.

4. Refund Processing

a. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 10 business days after the cancellation request is approved.

b. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during the booking process.

5. Denied Refunds

a. Refunds will not be granted under the following circumstances:

– Failure to adhere to the cancellation policy stated in your booking agreement.

– No-shows or participants arriving late to the event.

– Disruption of the event due to participant misconduct or violation of event rules.
